1. Scope

These terms apply to the HIGHJEN information pages for trade customers (the pages under /en, /bg, /sr and /ru), published by HomeXCare Kozmetik Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi ("HomeXCare", "we"). The Turkish online store on this website has its own terms.

2. Information only, no offer

These pages present the HIGHJEN range to distributors, wholesalers, retail chains and importers. They are not an offer to sell and not an online shop: no contract is concluded on these pages. Prices, quantities and delivery and payment terms are agreed individually and in writing. Product information such as formats, pack sizes and pack artwork may change; the binding specification is the one confirmed in our offer or order confirmation.

3. Images

Product images are 3D renders of the pack designs; some backgrounds were created with AI. The Oxy sachet images show a representative design that is being updated. Colours on screen may differ from the printed packs.

4. Intellectual property

The texts, images, 3D models and design of these pages are protected. You may view and print them to evaluate a business relationship with us. Any other use, in particular using pack images or texts in your own marketing, requires our prior written consent. HIGHJEN is a registered trademark and is used by HomeXCare.

5. Liability

We prepare these pages with care, but we do not guarantee that the information is complete, up to date or free of errors. We are not liable for damage arising from the use of these pages, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

Links to other websites, such as homexcare.com, are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content.

7. Personal data

8. Language versions
