Privacy notice
This notice explains how HomeXCare processes personal data on the HIGHJEN information pages for trade customers (the pages under /en, /bg, /sr and /ru), in particular the data you send with a trade enquiry. It is given under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and, where it applies to you, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. Data controller

2. What we process
- Trade enquiry form: company name, country, company type, products of interest, your name, business e-mail address, phone number (optional), your message, the language of the page and the time you confirmed this notice.
- Technical data: when you open these pages, our hosting provider processes technical data such as your IP address, the date and time, the page requested and your browser type, to deliver the pages and to protect them against misuse. To limit the number of enquiries sent from one IP address, the address is kept in the server's memory for at most ten minutes; it is not stored with your enquiry.
These pages use no cookies, analytics or advertising tools (see the cookie notice).

We make no automated decisions and create no profiles. An enquiry does not put you on a marketing list.
4. Recipients
Your enquiry is read by the HomeXCare staff who handle trade enquiries. It is processed on our behalf by:
- our hosting and database provider [INFORMATION REQUIRED: production hosting provider and data location];
- our e-mail provider, which delivers the notification of your enquiry to our mailbox [INFORMATION REQUIRED: e-mail provider and data location].
Where a provider processes data outside Türkiye, the transfer follows Article 9 KVKK [INFORMATION REQUIRED: lawyer — transfer safeguard, e.g. a standard contract notified to the Personal Data Protection Authority]. We do not sell personal data.
5. Retention
[INFORMATION REQUIRED: retention period — proposal: enquiries that do not lead to a business relationship are deleted two years after our last contact.] If a business relationship follows, the related records are kept for the periods required by Turkish commercial and tax law.
6. Your rights
Under Article 11 KVKK you may ask whether your data is processed and request information about it; learn the purpose of the processing and whether the data is used accordingly; know the recipients in Türkiye and abroad; ask for incomplete or incorrect data to be corrected and for data to be deleted; ask that recipients are informed of such corrections or deletions; object to a result that is to your disadvantage and arises solely from automated analysis; and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
If the GDPR applies to you, you also have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Articles 15 to 21 GDPR).
Send your request to info@homexcare.com or in writing to the address in section 1. We reply within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority (Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurumu, www.kvkk.gov.tr) or, if the GDPR applies, with the data protection authority of your country.
7. Changes
We update this notice when our processing changes. The date at the top of the page shows the current version.
